AvatarVault FAQ » AvatarVault is an online repository for all the characters you have created in the MMO games that you play. In addition to storing your avatars, you can search the site using VaultSearch to find out how your friends are levelling! --added: 2/8/2005 10:39:30 AM In order to close/cancel your account at Avatar Vault you must login and go to the 'MyVaultAccount' page. From this page you will be able to click the 'Close Account' button available there. This will set your account to INACTIVE on the AvatarVault website and inactivate all of your avatars. You will be able to reactivate your account by contacting VaultSupport and selecting 'REACTIVATE ACCOUNT'. Be sure to include your account name in that support message. --added: 2/22/2005 11:01:34 AM Using the 'wildcard' -- simply inserting an asterisk (*) into your search string -- you can easily search for partial Avatar Names or any other field in the VaultSearch. For example, if interested in finding all Avatars that begin with the letters 'We', enter the following string -- 'We*' -- in the appropriate field. Clicking the Search button will then return all records that have a W and E in them. You can insert a wildcard asterisk (*) at either the beginning or end of your search string. Entering a wildcard at the beginning of the string will return results that contain the string entered at any point in the appropriate column. --added: 3/10/2005 3:39:07 PM |
